President

Ty McClure

Ty McClure is the Founder and President of Project 2030 as well as an Army veteran. Raised in Utah, he earned bachelor's degrees in political science and finance after beginning his career as a caregiver, where he developed a passion for public service and healthcare policy. Drawing on his experience in healthcare, military service, and public policy, Ty is committed to developing practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen communities and improve government. He is passionate about advancing fiscal responsibility, expanding economic opportunity, and creating policies that improve the lives of Americans for generations to come.

Vice President

Kelsey Tartler

Kelsey is a Colorado native and registered nurse with a passion for expanding access to quality healthcare. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant caring for memory care patients before earning her nursing degree. Her experience spans acute rehabilitation, home health, skilled nursing, assisted living, and wound care. Now serving as the Director of Clinical Operations for a statewide home health organization, Kelsey is dedicated to patient-centered care, healthcare education, and improving access to services for rural communities.

Secretary

James Krefft

James Krefft holds a master’s degree in military history and has been active in politics, issue advocacy, and service to vulnerable communities since the age of 17. He has worked on numerous political campaigns and with advocacy organizations and is the author of four books. Outside his professional work, James is a devoted father, pet parent, gardener, and fiancé. He believes that no problem is too great to confront and no peace between people is too small to value.
