Executive Director

Ty McClure

Ty McClure is the Founder and Executive Director of Project 2030 as well as an Army veteran. Raised in Utah, he earned bachelor's degrees in political science and finance after beginning his career as a caregiver, where he developed a passion for public service and healthcare policy. Drawing on his experience in healthcare, military service, and public policy, Ty is committed to developing practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen communities and improve government. He is passionate about advancing fiscal responsibility, expanding economic opportunity, and creating policies that improve the lives of Americans for generations to come.

Samuel Cooke

Samuel Cooke brings experience in civic engagement, educational initiatives, and the construction industry to Project 2030. He has contributed to educational projects focused on reforming the federal voting system, reflecting his commitment to strengthening democratic institutions through public education and policy awareness. In addition to his civic work, Samuel has experience in construction, providing him with practical insight into infrastructure, project management, and workforce development. He is passionate about improving public policy through innovative ideas, community engagement, and practical, results-oriented solutions.

Sean McClure

Sean McClure brings decades of experience in public service, government operations, and organizational leadership to Project 2030. He served as a Correctional Officer, where he developed a strong commitment to public safety and institutional accountability, and later represented fellow employees as a Union Representative, advocating for workplace fairness and effective leadership. Sean also has extensive bureaucratic experience within state government, providing him with firsthand knowledge of how public institutions operate and how policy is implemented. He is passionate about improving government efficiency, strengthening public service, and developing practical solutions that better serve American communities.

Kelsey Tartler

Kelsey is a Colorado native and registered nurse with a passion for expanding access to quality healthcare. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant caring for memory care patients before earning her nursing degree. Her experience spans acute rehabilitation, home health, skilled nursing, assisted living, and wound care. Now serving as the Director of Clinical Operations for a statewide home health organization, Kelsey is dedicated to patient-centered care, healthcare education, and improving access to services for rural communities.
